New Mid-ranger, Samsung Galaxy A52 5G appears on Google Play Console powered by Snapdragon 750G

The rumored Samsung Galaxy A52 5G is expected to be the next best-selling midrange mobile by Samsung. It already appeared in multiple leaks, revealing the majority of its specs, and now it has popped up on Google Play Console, confirming the Snapdragon 750G chipset and Android 11, One UI 3.0 out of the box.

The Specifications are as below:

Body

The device sports a glass front and plastic body with an Aluminium frame. The weight is about 187 grams and has a thickness of 8.4mm. A52 supports a dual 5G SIM option with dual stand-by. It has a Li-Po 4500 mAh, non-removable battery with a 25Watt Fast charging option.

Display

Galaxy A52 sports a 6.5 inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O panel, 120Hz display(1080 x 2400) resolution. It has a pixel density of 405 PPI and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass at the front.

Platform and security

The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G (8 nm) chipset with Octa-core (2×2.2 GHz Kryo 570 & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 570) CPU and Adreno 619 GPU. The security options include an on-display fingerprint sensor.

Storage options and Pricing

Samsung Galaxy A52 has 2 storage options in India that are 6GB RAM+ 128GB storage and 8GB RAM+ 256GB storage. The color options include Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Violet, Awesome Blue.

Camera

The device has a quad-camera setup with 64 MP, f/2.0, 26mm wide, PDFA main camera. 8 MP, f/2.2, 123˚ ultrawide, 5 MP, f/2.4, macro and 2 MP, f/2.4, depth sensor. It has a 32 MP, f/2.2, 26mm wide front-facing camera. Other camera features include LED flash, panorama, HDR. It can shoot videos 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/120fps; and has a gyro-EIS feature.

Miscellaneous

Other features include Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0,  FM Radio, USB Type C 2.0, and accelerometer. An important thing to note is the device has a 3.5mm audio jack.

The device has an IP67 rating as per Google Play Console reports.

Galaxy A52 5G also has a 4G sibling with pretty much the same specs but a Snapdragon 720G chipset. This will be launched in countries where 5G networks are not yet available.
